Dear investor,
Since last night instant withdrawal seems to fail every second time of requesting. We did not make any changes in the server so I assume the problem lay with Libertyreserves API server failing receive the data correct. However a clever member gave me a good advice I will pass on. It is possible to delete the pending request from member area and request one more time to complete the withdrawal instantly.
I opened a support ticket at host to see if any optimizing can be done. Meanwhile to problem is solved, the pending payments left will be proceeded by me several times a day.

This is to inform you that starting today, if you want to make an upgrade on Level 7 plan, you will need to have an active upgrade on Level 6 plan. Our plans are now fully ladderized, meaning you really need to have active upgrades on Level 1 to Level 6 before you can make an upgrade on level 7 plan (144% after 12 days) . Again, remember that all your Level upgrades must have the same amounts.
Another reminder to everyone who is already upgraded and still has unbalanced upgrade amounts (those with higher amounts on higher level plans from their lower roi plans), must have new upgrades on their accounts for them to balance their Level upgrade amounts. If you still cannot afford to balance your upgrade amounts in one shot, please do it progressively, You must, at least, have upgrade activity in your account trying to balance your Levels upgrade amounts, in order for your cashout to be processed. Modifications on the Level Up Plans on FireSurfice.com
Dear HyipSCOPE.org,
I received a very nice suggestion from one of our supportive members who has a considerable amount of upgrade on our site. After checking this suggestion sent to me via e-mail, I immediately thought, I have to modify the plans yet again. The changes on the plans again makes perfect sense, for small to big members alike. We put everyone in consideration when I thought of implementing these modifications on the plans.
The minimum set for each plan is now $5 and the max is $500. Here is how the plans should work:
First rule, your upgrade on your next level plan must not exceed the active amount you have on your current Level . For example, if you upgraded $20 on Level 1, you can only upgrade up to $20 on Level 2, then $20 on Level 3. Take note that $20 then would be the max you can upgrade on the next level. Here is another example, if you upgrade $20 on Level 1, then it means you can upgrade $5 or $10 or $15 or $20 on Level 2. ($20 max because this is your active upgrade amount on Level 1) . If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
As for those whose upgrades were moved already to the new plans. You are not yet required to follow these rules until your Level 6 and Level 7 upgrades expire. This applies when your Level 6 and Level 7 upgrades expire, so you will then need to balance out your upgrades from Level 1 to Level 5, to determine the max amount you can upgrade with on Level 6 or Level 7.
Remember that FireSurfice.com cannot continue without further support from its members. I ask that current upgraded members re-upgrade back into the program in order for us to continue the good thing we started.
We are weeding out the bad members and monitors so please support FSi.
